What amenities are included in The Riv rentals?
Each Riv home accommodates up to 6 guests and features a king bed, a full kitchen with new appliances, a living room with a queen sofa bed and a 65-inch TV, a dining table, and a private balcony with chairs to sit and relax. Is The Riv family-friendly?
Absolutely! The Riv is designed with families in mind, offering accommodations with extra sleeping arrangements, including a cozy low-ceiling loft with two twin beds in our units. Plus, an outdoor pool is coming late summer 2025, providing even more fun for the whole family

At this time, The Riv does not accommodate pets. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to review our policies for more details.
How close is The Riv to Zion National Park?
The Riv is conveniently located just 15 miles from Zion National Park, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Additionally, we’re just 30 miles from Sand Hollow State Park, 35 miles from Snow Canyon State Park, and 40 miles from St. George, offering plenty of options for outdoor adventure and sightseeing.
Is WiFi available at The Riv?
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is provided in all of our fully-furnished units.
Is parking included with The Riv rentals?
Yes, parking is included with all rentals at The Riv. Additionally, we offer four EV charging spots for guests with electric vehicles.
What are the check-in and check-out times for The Riv?
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
